EDUCATIonAL AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

Must have a four-year bachelor degree in the nursing fieldMust be a licensed nurse with an updated licenseLogistic reasoning to be use in identifying the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to different problemsCan communicate well both in oral and written formMust have a know-how in clerical works especially in regards to documentations and recordsMust be keen and accurate in assessment and examination of the patient’s declared conditionThe ability to identify if something is wrong or might go wrong (sensitivity)Must be extremely patient to all people he/she is dealing with

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Preferably to have worked in a medical background for at least one yearsExtensive knowledge in ICD codes is an advantageThe ability to communicate and coordinate with all medical staff and doctors
