Job Purpose:
Responds to customer complaints, evaluates and resolves problems of the customer; assist in installing the equipment, analyzes, inspects and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that customer demands.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a College Graduate in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or its equivalent work experience.Minimum of one (1) year working experience as Service Engineer.Remarkable skills in General Services within machinery equipment and supplies merchant industry.Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical or electronic equipment.Physically able to meet requirements of the job which may include, working in confined spaces, lifting heavy equipment, and bending down frequently.Must have a vast technical knowledge on Pumps and Motors.Provide after sales support during site visits such as Check-up, Troubleshooting, Repair, Testing & Commissioning and Preventive Maintenance.Manage site installation, repair, maintenance and testing & commissioning tasksProvide accurate, clear and complete service reports or technical documentationsPerform other tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior.Location:
