A client company is looking for an HR Generalist with the following position details:

Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the operations of the Human Resources Department and its functions- sourcing and recruitment, training and onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and employee relations and enforcing the company policies and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities:

To ensure the timely and accurate processing of statutory benefits and payrollTo ensure that goals are monitored, measured, and constantly improved.To coordinate with the heads and managers in every department to run performance appraisals.To work with department managers in the event that a Performance Improvement Plan is required for an employee; and to follow through these plans.To ensure that due process is followed in the event when an employee commits an infraction or violation of the code of conduct and performance standards.Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.To communicate the standards, policies, and other memos from management to everyone in the organization effectively.Maintains compliance with national and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; Develop and review policies and practices to maintain compliance.Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.To represent the client at the Department of Labor and Employment, National Labor Relations Commission, and other labor-related and personnel-management related agencies.To organize strategies and programs for employee engagement and ensure that employee turnover is kept at minimum.

Qualifications

Degree in Psychology, HRDM, or any people management coursesAt least 3 years HR Generalist roleStrong employee relations experienceGood organizational skillsHappy and positive disposition
