Job Description
Responsible for explaining the procedures to patients, and preparing the diagnostic equipment for imaging procedures. Responsible in ensuring that records are kept properly and performs administrative duties in the clinic.
Logs the name of patient for ultrasound to the corresponding daily census log sheet.Prepares the patient prior to procedure.Does the aftercare to patient and assists on getting out of bed.Instructs patient regarding the availability of the result.Encodes the official results in the system; Ensures that the procedures are charged correctly in the BizBox.Strictly observes standard set on aseptic technique and universal precautions.Ensures a timely reporting of results and those results are correct and accurate.Strictly adheres to maintaining confidentiality of all results.Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time.Qualifications
Candidate must be a graduate of any four (4) year course, related medical course an advantage.Must have at least one (1) year related work experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Computer literate; can work under pressure.Must have good oral and written communication skills.Must have knowledge on medical terminologies.Systematic, highly organized with keen eye for details.Fast learner, flexible and can work well with minimum supervision.Job Type: Full-time
