Analytic, good problem solver and an Excellent CommunicatorCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Day to day troubleshooting of telephony related issues across different call centers using cloud telephonyReporting and Escalating of critical issues affecting call productivity to IT and relevant teamsWork with relevant IT teams on enhancements and releases, change requests and issuesAdministration of skillsets and IVR set upsCreate and Maintain IVR diagrams - Maintain IVR and Telephony reporting processesQualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.At least 1 year of experience in same fieldExperience/Knowledge on supporting Cloud Telephony systems (Genesis, Avaya, etc)Knowledgeable on administration and management of IVR queues and SkillsetsCan troubleshoot / resolve day to day telephony related issuesPreferably have worked in a call center environment in the above capacity
