JOB PURPOSE
Assist Head Nurse in over-all operations of Nursing Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assisting in inventory of Nursing supplies
2. Assisting in work schedule of Nursing department and Doctors.
3. Provide reports to Head Nurse
4. Assist in checking and monitoring of HMO forms.
5. Provide census report at the end of shift.
6. Responsible for doing triage screening and report.
7. Assisting patient's inquiry, vital signs and information.
8. Assist Physicians in minor surgeries and other medical procedures.
9. Operates Electrocardiogram and Audiometry machine.
10. Assist in Organizing, and updating of patient charts.
11. Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATION
1. Must be a Registered Nurse
2. With at least 2-5 years relevant experience
3. Knowledgeable in using MS Office application.
4. Knowledgeable in basic operations of clinic equipment.
5. Detail oriented
6. Posses Nursing, and good communication skills.
