SOLUTIONS ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attend and provides solutions to customer challenges in terms of Contract Center requirementsPresent Technical Recommendation to customers about the Solutions made in relation to their Contrac Center RequirementsConduct demo to show Globe Omni channel Cloud Contact Center (GoCCC) Products features and capabilityLead the deployment of Proof of Concep in order to prove that the proposed will workCraft Solutions document, Bill of Material and DesignWorking closely with Partners like Nexxus and Genesys in providing recommendations to ensure that the Solution will work and could be delivered to the CustomerAttending meeting with Product Development and Manager as a subject matter expertAttend necessary Training and Certification to enhance skills for GoCCC.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree ,ECE, EE or equivalent.Required skill(s): telephony, telecom equipment, bom, BOQ,At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.
