Operation, Maintenance and Improvement of Mechanical Equipment such as Compressor, HVAC, Fire Protection, Sanitary and Plumbing SystemAttend or immediate action on Utility trouble and power failure/fluctuationEnsures maintenance and repair work is completely safely, effectively, and in a timely manner.Responsible for 5S implementation at all timesPerforms other related duties as assigned.Job Requirements:
