This is a great opportunity to join the broader Operations team at Macquarie Group
In this role, your responsibilities would include a range of operations services which includes generation of invoices for advisory, insurance and sublease related transactions and subsequent settlements. Also performs key control processes like cash reconciliation and enables the business in its decision-making process by providing them visibility of outstanding transactions through the reporting function including but not limited to the following:
Act on business requests to raise invoice and other supported transactions within the agreed Service Level AgreementsMonitor and receive incoming payments from clients on a timely mannerInvestigate and escalate aging cash breaksGenerate and distribute reports on a weekly and monthly basisTo be successful in this role, you will need to be customer focused and can initiate and maintain client relationships. You’ll also have a high attention to detail and be comfortable with working on multiple tasks.
