Supervises the daily activities of all technicians2. Coordinates with the Building Engineer for instructions3. Responsible for the proper maintenance and operation of the following building equipment and facilities:i. Air-conditioning Systemii. Water and Sewage Systemiii. Drainage systemiv. Fire Protection and Fire Alarm Systemv. Electrical System4. Handles complaints and requests of unit owners and tenants with regards to the building’s electrical and mechanical systems5. All other related tasks as requiredOccasional:1. Prepares required periodic reports
