As Senior Electronics Circuit Design Engineer you will play a vital role in the development of breakthrough products for IoT applications. In this role you will be working closely with other engineering and marketing organization to develop unique technical solutions that provide great value to our customers.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDesign a working circuit solution from a system architecture level block definitionSelect the right electronics component that delivers quality and cost competitive solutionPerform testing, characterization, and debug (board and schematic level)Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define system features and performance requirements (mechanical, software and algorithm, system architecture)Implement and execute design concepts based on the agreed project timelinePerform advance technical research on emerging IoT technologiesWill mentor circuit design engineer in the teamAdhere to corporate standards and KPIs Job Qualifications & SkillsGraduate of Electronics Engineering or related degreeMaster’s degree in Electronics or similar field is an advantageAt least 7 years of experience as circuit design engineer (board level)With in-depth analog and digital circuit design skills, including simulation and analysisUnderstands IoT connectivity protocol (Bluetooth, RFID, NFC, WIFI, LoRa,)Knowledgeable in electronic components datasheet and applicationsAn innovator and thinks ‘Systems’ solutionWith background in product testing (lab bench equipment, EMC/EMI)Experience in firmware flashing of MCUs using different IDE tools, protocolsCompletes task independently with minimal guidance and supervisionCan communicate in EnglishUnderstanding of applicable product certification standards (FCC, CE, RED, IEC,..)Flexibility to respond to urgent project requests and/or changing priorities ToolsAltium Designer / Altium 365 or PADSOscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, Power Analyzer, DMM, Power Supplies, ESD TestSimulation Tools (PSpice, LT Spice)Firmware Flashing Tools (USB, UART, SWD)documentation (Test Specifications, Validation Reports, DFMEA, Design Review, Test Reports)
