JOB DEscriptION:
Responsible for providing direct planning and supervision for store engineering activities, which include the following:
Electro-mechanical equipment operation and maintenanceEngineering project managementSupport to tenant's technical requirementsPromotion and implementation of store-wide safety regulations and policiesdocumentation of all engineering related activities Perform inspection & maintenance of equipment and facilitiesDisplay Facilities Management, Project Management, and System ManagementEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
With a degree in BS Electrical EngineeringPRC license is preferred but not requiredWith at least 1 year job-related experienceWith good working knowledge of national and local building codes and safety standards
