We are looking for a friendly and fun Administrative Assistant to help with customer service side of our growing accounting firm based in Perth, Australia. The candidate will need to be fluent in verbal and written English. The candidate will need available to work Monday-Friday 6AM-4PM AWST.

Answer Business Phone Calls and Follow Up Phone CallsConduct 15 Minute Zoom Meetings with Australia based ClientsCall the Australian Taxation Office for firm needsEmail Management, Call Outs, Canned Emails and Replies via Intercom for Management and FirmClick Up ManagementSocial Media ManagementAnd More!WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
At least 1 years and up working experience in Customer/Administrative ServicesPerfect and excellent written and spoken English Working Hours Monday to Friday 6am to 4pm PH Time Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Advanced knowledge of Gmail / Google Doc, Sheets, Mail, Calendar Experience with Click Up and Intercom is high regardedExperience with Australian businesses is preferredYour rewards and benefits
