Assist the Distribution Planners with creation of inland and offshore delivery documentations, filing and monitoring.Responsible in the disbursement of clearing funds for Chartered Vessels. Responsible in the monitoring of the disbursed clearing funds.Make follow through on the unliquidated disbursed funds.Shall ensure that SP of Finance in liquidating all the requested or released funds is met.Assist in ensuring that funds are not depleted of cash.Assign in processing of billings for charter vessels, ports usage and other distribution related billings. Perform other duties as required.Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course or any Business-related course.With high integrity in handling funds.Good knowledge of MS Office specifically MS Excel.Must be attentive with details.Can work with minimal supervision.With Distribution/Warehouse experience is a plus.-
