CHEMICAL ENGINEER (WORKING IN RESOURCING (GRAINCORP))

Job Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.With valid passport & driver license 1&2 restrictionTertiary qualification in Food Technology or Food Processing , Chemical EngineeringFats and Oils industry Experience. 5 Years minimum experience in dairy processing including margarine manufacturing.Familiar with working in Critical Hygiene or Critical Care or red line environments.Familiar with preparing emulsifiers and flavors. Blending Oil / Water emulsions for margarine manufacture.Familiar with blending products that contain cream. Operated and set up margarine filling machines such as Benhills and Osgoods.Operated and set up check weighers and metal detectors. Run CIP ( clean in place ) process. Operated and set up carton erectors to make 12 and 24 pack cartoons.Has operated and set up robotic palletisers. Is able to complete shift paperwork including process parameters , ingredients and packaging batch numbers.Chemical handling experience including strong alkalis and strong acids. Worked with ammonia refrigeration system.Has used HMI touch screen and SCADA applications. Has the ability to interpret SOPs ( Standard Operating Procedures ) in a timely manner.Computer literacy Microsoft Word and excel, E-learning capability.Has experience with SAP for processing daily work orders and maintenance requests.Understand Statistical Process Control. OH&S knowledge , interpret risk assessments initiate SHE engagements.
