Junior R&D Process Development Specialist

The Junior R&D Process Development Specialist's main function is to perform studies and trials of any recurring concern and challenges of any existing product characteristics if a particular process and initiate and recommend improvement to the R&D Product developer. This includes analyzing the reactions interactions and behaviors of each ingredient or material in every step of the process and recommends action on effective and efficient improvement approaches to resolving quality, food safety, and operational issues and concerns.She/He is also responsible for establishing process and utility parameters relevant for process costing and process operationalization during any machine commissioning about the target product output set by the R&D product developer.

Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Work side-by-side with R&D Product Development to develop and improve processes in producing existing and/or new products and/or materials ensuring that the resulting product is compliant with the set quality and food safety parameters.Received process development concept record and/or job order, review and perform process idea and/or concept details verification and determine requiring process development activities in the implementation of any project.

Must-haves:

With knowledge on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and FSSC 22000 requirements specific to the significance of effective (Critical Control Points) CCPs and Operational Prerequisite Programs (OPRPs).With a background in Root Cause Analysis using different approachesMust be a graduate of Chemistry or Chemical EngineeringWith at least 1 to 2 years experience in the food manufacturing industry-specific to process development, and R&D.With good critical and analytical thinking, creativity, and perseverance; detail-oriented and exceptional documentation skills.Must have good verbal and communication skills
