Job Description
1. Translate and familiar with the existing/new products and new technical materials, provide product knowledge and application training to ESR.
2. Preparation, execution and demonstration technical training activities (materials knowledge and application) to internal and external customer.
3. Utilize technical skill to understand the customer requirement and able to recommend the product to meet customer need from product line and new product development.
4. Trouble shooting and problem solving that are related to products performance & applications and showing the added value of the solutions provided in a professional way.
5. evaluating product’s performance and simulating customer application in laboratory and at site.
6. Customer site visits to assist sales with product recommendations and troubleshooting and trial test.
7. Telephone and email technical support for customer and sales engineers.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in Chemical or related major.
2. 3 years or above with background in material engineer, R&D, or quality preferably from electronics or semiconductor industry background.
3. Good communication, listening and presentation skills, smoothly communicate with internal and external parties.
4. Have strong practical skills, can offer live demonstrations of the right method of applying adhesives.
5. A team player, responsible, friendly, loyalty and responsive.
6. Solid knowledge of chemical, strong learning skills and willing to learn new knowledge constantly.
7. Good English skills.
8. Have own car and active driving license.
9. Good work attitude and able to travel frequently.
