As a Sales Director, you will help grow our traditional and digital media business by guiding our highly capable sales team to generate leads, close deals and provide our partners with hard-working sales executions that deliver real business value. You are a self-starter who is hungry to create new experiences for our business partners and their customers. You will lead the transformation of our sales process and push our creative capabilities to deliver exceptional business results for our partners across our TV, digital and experience platforms.
As a leader, you are expected to inspire, coach and motivate our sales team as we chart a unique path for Kroma in the Philippines. What you will do:
Deliver the sales target for Kroma media / TV by proactively pursuing and creating opportunities with partners that span traditional media, digital and experience channels. Participate in the development of the sales strategy. Use market knowledge to create unique value propositions for our partners. Use expert knowledge of traditional and digital media channels to leverage them for maximum results Manage and grow our partner and agency relationships to make Kroma a partner of choice. Deal with multinational partners across all levels of the organization. Provide business units with a strategic perspective to help craft IPs, formats and executions that are relevant and sellable. Manage and develop a high-performing sales team that is driven to transform the media landscape and cement Kroma as the partner of choice.You need to have:
Proven track record in Sales in Media or Advertising, with 10+ years of experience Great love for Pinoy entertainment. A passion and pulse for media and entertainment.Strong understanding of the media and digital landscape, industry developments, innovation and trends. Considers data as a critical component of planning and decision-making.Strong communication and networking skills. Capable of presenting in front of large audiences as a thought leader.You need to be:
