Customer Relations Manager (Acquisition & Partnership)

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.At least 4 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Assistant Manager/ Manager specializing in Loyalty Programs /Customer Service/Acquisition/Partnership or equivalent.Willing to work in Pasay area.Our CRM Manager for Acquisition & Partneship is responsible for the acquisition of new members into Watsons loyalty program. This includes card management, acquisition promos, establishing partnership with third party merchants/partners and implementing needed communication plan. He/She will manage the top customers benefits program. The goal of which is to retain this very important customer segment JOB SUMMARYMonitoring and working towards achievement of acquisition targets in coordination with the different stakeholders.Providing guidelines and programs to ensure registration and activation of acquired membersImplementing acquisition programs /promos in existing and new storesEnsuring member information of existing members is up to date.Handling the design and production of welcome pack card and its contentsManaging all matters related to third party partnerships. Ensure all agreed benefits are communicated to members and are provided by partnerKeeping cost estimated, project briefs and forecasts for expense recording and budget monitoring
