Role Scope Summary
The performance marketing analyst exists to on driving a culture of data-driven decision-making through their findings on campaign performance across all digital channels and manage some of SEM queries. They will liaise with the marketing team to scope core digital reporting requirements, and work closely with the Data Scientist, SEO Manager, performance manager and members of the IT team. To be successful in the role, the candidate will be comfortable working autonomously, with few conditions set on what can and cannot be actioned. They will drive their own direction and communicate their insights to the wider business.

Key Position Responsibilities
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Providing analysis and insights on campaign performanceResponding to ad-hoc data and reporting requests from stakeholders across the businessDevelop and maintain digital reporting using BI tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau)Deriving a digital insights glossary, tracking and measuring insights determined by you to be important for interpreting our digital landscapeData wrangling and cleaningPPC campaign set up and optimizationTeam Member Requirements

Data manipulation experience with SQL experience is a mustPrevious experience in an E-commerce, Digital Insights Analyst, Web Analytics Analyst roleRelevant Bachelor's Degree (Commerce, Computer Science, Communications or Analytics)Demonstrated experience in DWH (like Redshift), GA, and DMPsExperience across BI reporting tools, such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, and PowerBI.Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to gather and define requirements and present analyses, insights, and strategic recommendationsExceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex findings in a simplified mannerDemonstrated ability to work autonomously and meet multiple competing deadlines by prioritizing and managing timeExperience within financial services environment (desirable)Hands-on experience in PPC and Display (highly desirable)Ability to live with the company valuesCommitted to ongoing learning and developmentWork from home requirements:
