Job Role:
The job participates in the initial drafting of the policy provisions and other ancillary forms for new or existing products for Individual (traditional and VUL) and Group Insurance to be offered by SLOCPI and SLGFI.
Rendering of policy forms including enhancement of all application forms - for Individual such as Regular App, SIO and GIO as well as for Group, and other forms from different departments of SLOCPI and SLGFI like Claims, PPA, PPC, Client Centers, Medical as well as from SLAMCI. Enhancement to forms may include integration, simplification, incorporation of new requirements from the regulatory bodies in relation to AMLA, FATCA and DPA among others.
Takes charge in preparing the product/policy forms approval submission set for uploading in the Insurance Commission online Submission Portal. Ensures that all documents submitted are complete and facilitates the payment of necessary filing fees.
Job Requirements:
Graduate of any 4 year course
With working knowledge of Pagemaker and Indesign softwares.
Work experience in a life insurance company, at least 5 years in a similar or in an operations-related position is an advantage.
Passed LOMA courses is an advantage.
Must have good analytical, oral and written English communication.
