JOB OBJECTIVE
To implement the field quality activities based on Client’s standard.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSourcing of manpower and availability of the tools/ equipment needed.
Responsible for the sourcing of manpower needed to implement the field quality activities.Ensure the availability of farm tools/ equipment needed to implement the activities.Ensure Field Quality Activities Implementation, Monitoring and documentation
Proper and timely implementation of field quality activitiesField monitoring and field documentation as required by the Client.Preparation of cash advances request.Submits weekly accomplishment report to Field Supervisor.Monitor and promote to Field Workers the efficient implementation of field quality activities by conducting toolbox meeting before the start of every activity.Administration of Funds
Prepare cash advance based on approved farm plan and budget. Weekly liquidation of cash advance.Compliance to Quality Standards, Safety Policy and Procedure
Actively participate in the implementation of all Quality Standards, ESH Policies and procedure.Raise Environment Safety and Health issues via appropriate people and procedures.Perform other activities that maybe assigned from time to time.
Education- Graduate of BS in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Business, and other related courses.Experience- Can be a fresh College Graduate directly hired by Outsource or 1 - 2 years’ experience of Field Agronomist or Field Technician in other company.Personal Attributes: Initiative and Foresights, Results Oriented, Relationships and Networking, With IntegritySkills- Can drive motorcycle and 4-wheel vehicle. With Driver’s license. Good oral and written communication skills, Excellent interpersonal skills, Good presentation and facilitation skills, Proficient in MS Office applications.
