 Competency :

Advance knowledge on techniques use for handling, rowing and harvesting of aquatic resources Ability to use problem-solving skills to use available resources, prioritize tasks and change plans where required Knowledge on the relevant policies, procedures and standards including laboratory standards Shows advance skills in computer operations and other applications Shows ability to conduct data gathering and collection methods and techniques
