Distributor Specialist

To plan and carry out all sales activities needed to sales goal in assigned area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Iloilo based but must travel to Cebu, Bacolod, Bohol and Tacloban.Achieve monthly target thru management of assigned Distributor’s sales and collections as well as fulfilment of key performance indicators.Ensure that all sales related activities such as but not limited to product pricing and placement, trade merchandising (store merchandisers) and outlet promotions, trade deals and trade returns are properly monitored and all issues and concerns are addressed by the distributor and adheres to the Company’s directives.Ensure that all reports such as price surveys, competitor’s promotion and off-take are utilized for the improvement of assigned Distributor’s sales.Provide Company with essential data, reports and insights from assigned area as well as other competitor’s activities which can lead to the development of future plans and strategies.Provide excellent representation and customer service to assigned Distributors as well as accounts handled by the Distributor.Monitor Distributor’s sales and service level performance.Ensure that sufficient stocks are available to fulfil requirements of accounts.Work closely with immediate superior and Senior Sales Coordinator in managing, training and monitoring of merchandisers in assigned area.Coordinate out of stocks and critical stocks report from merchandiser with Distributor to ensure that favorable actions are taken.Assist the Credit and Collection Department with regards to payment and deduction concerns, Warehouse and Distribution Department for delivery/loading and bad order concerns and QC department for quality and product concerns.

Qualifications:

BS in Management GraduateAt least 3 to 5 years experience in SalesILO-ILO based but must be willing to travel to Cebu, Bacolod, Bohol and Tacloban.Must be willing to work from Monday to Saturday
