Store Head (Lapu-Lapu Cebu)

Listening and understanding customers feedback.Utilizing network to deliver the right solutions.Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.Monitor inventory levels.Creating employee schedules, assigning schedules and responsibilities to employees and checking to see if these responsibilities and assignments are carried through the stores.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of Business Administration or equivalentAt least 2 years work experience as a store managerExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProduct knowledge and ability to give reliable product information to the customers.Knowledge and ability in selling and negotiation.Strong leadership and customer management abilities.Customer service oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.Ability to provide effective solutions to the customers.Should have the decision makin, checking to see if these skills.Ability to create ideal customer experience.Ability to prioritize urgent tasks.Ability to respond to different situation based on principle or values of the company.Amenable to work at Lapu Lapu City, Cebu
