Qualifications:·        Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree·        With2-3 years relevant experience·        Dependable and trustworthy·        With excellent communication & interpersonal skills·        Has strong leadership skills·        Willing to work in shift Job Description:1.      Supervising the day to day operations of the store2.      Ensuring that the sales target of the store(s) is met3.      Ensuring that all customers are provided with a great shopping experience4.      Training, assisting, supervising, counseling, motivating & evaluating all staff in the store5.      Submitting reports on a regular basis or as required6.      Dealing with customer complaints properly7.      Overseeing stock pricing and control8.      Maximizing profitability of the store9.      Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations 10.  Preparing promotional materials and ensuring  that they are displayed on time11.  Liaising  with the Main Office12.  Performing other functions deemed necessary by  management
