 The Account Manager oversees sales activities and develops relationships with customers. He/she is responsible for managing accounts, ensuring clients are satisfied, and generating new sales opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for conducting various sales activities such as prospecting and managing corporate accounts, developing sales leads, building client relationships, closing new business opportunities and achieving or exceeding assigned sales quotaMaintain quality customer relations with existing clients while developing new accounts and;Set sales targets and specific performance metrics aligned with business strategiesCommunicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiriesGenerate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awarenessManage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch pointDrive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfactionUse client feedback to improve customer experience.

Qualifications:

Education:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.

Experience:

With at least 2 years of experience in sales or selling IT servicesExposed in Account and Relationship ManagementWith experience in handling financial services industries is an advantageExposed in handling data center, storage, server, network, security and applications

Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge in Business Development or in Sales and Technical OperationsWith above-average desktop skills (i.e. MS Office especially PowerPoint)With strong written and verbal communication skillsVery good negotiation skillsWorks well under pressure
