Thank you!Job PurposeSuccessfully execute and implement the strategic plans for the assigned segments within the agreed timelinesKey ResponsibilitiesFormulate and implement marketing programs for the Emerging Customers and Group Product Segments that will deliver revenue and attract new customersDevelop strong partnerships with key stakeholders (ex. Distribution channels) to drive strategy buy-in that will lead to successful implementation of marketing programsPut in place the metrics needed to ensure that performance of programs are closely monitoredMaximize internal and external resources to deliver compelling marketing programs that could include offline and online collaterals, advertising, PR, sales toolkits and trainingsGuide others and work with various groups (advertising, PR agency, outsourced vendors, etc) and marketing colleagues to execute marketing plansIndirectly manage and train junior member/s of the RP team.Segments StrategyOverall segment developmentDesign marketing strategies considering market research, distribution and industry environment, to capture target marketDefine further segmentation within Worksite marketEnsure translation of segment strategies into brand, product, and distribution tactical initiatives with respective responsible business unitsDefine and/or influence desired sales process (AXA sol, MABI, iON, etc.) and customer journey for worksite market by working with relevant units – Distribution, CEX, Operations, Digital team, front-lineIdentify and acquire strategic partnerships, opportunities to increase reach in corporate and employee marketNew product developmentInitiate researches that will uncover Worksite corporate level and employee level customers’ needs and wantsConceptualize relevant customer propositionsCollaborate with Products and Pricing team to finalize designManage lead and customer acquisition touch points, develop optimal nurturing to fulfillment processCoordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to implement launch programsSupport Distributor channel to drive salesWork closely with Distribution channelWork with Training team to supplement distributor learning on Segment’s areas of expertiseRecommend scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements vis-à-vis market and customer/partner needs.Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning, documentation to implementation of launch/tactical activities in coordination with local, regional and global cross-functional teams (LPMC, Sales, Underwriting, Risks, Product, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Marketing) for seamless and efficient implementation of new initiatives/products.Recommend and make necessary enhancements to comply with new IC regulations that will affect existing products.QualificationsBachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or other related coursesMinimum 3-5 years experience specializing in marketing, brand management, customer segment development or relatedInsurance exposure/experience is an advantageStrong understanding of relevant consumer and distribution trendsAbility to demonstrate measurable results: results-orientedVery good people and management skills to interact with staff, senior management, colleagues and cross-functional teamsAbility to lead across cross-functional teamsWith financial understandingWith exposure to worksite or corporate marketProficient in MS Office applications (esp in Excel and Powerpoint)Excellent Communication Skills (oral/written)Leadership skillsProject Management
