How you will contribute

You will:

Provide support and training to enable effective use of sales systems.Maintain and optimize systems for sales (including functionalities for customer management, tour planning, promotion planning, listing maintenance, shelf audit and reporting).Provide support to users with specific technical problems in cooperation with IT service providers.Drive continuous improvement of existing software and automation of new processes.

1. Process management and continuous improvement

•Assess and analyze processes, data points, and controls to determine sub-optimal performance, communicate findings clearly and effectively and make recommendations for improvement. Manage the following existing sales operations processes including but not limited to OSA, SFA, DMS, Suggested Orders, Accenture Newspage

2. Leveraging Technology

•Need Gap Analysis: Be on constant lookout for business needs and work on the end to end solution of the same. This involves Requirement gathering, functional specification document preparation, vendor selection, development, execution and deployment.

•Projects: Liaison with both internal and external IT team to provide best possible solution to business requirements. Major objective is to become the voice of the business to ensure correct requirements are understood by the solution provider

3. Automation Support

•Deployment team: Handle a vendor provided team of Implementers and enable them to deploy the new developments in the most efficient manner.

•Support Tools: Manage the existing ticketing system and ensure optimum service level
