Overall Responsibilities:
Lead Western Visayas sales, formulate sales strategy for assigned territory or products, develop sales forecast and budget and negotiates with dealers to achieve sell-in and sell-out sales target; pursue new dealer prospects and construct appropriate sales terms.
Job Responsibilities:
· Execute sales and account management to achieve sales objectives in assigned territory.
· Work and negotiate with dealers through proper coordination of orders and deliveries, channel distribution, creation of sales strategies and technical support.
· Plan and design sales strategies and programs aligned with Product Marketing directions, cascade regularly product pricing and features in assigned areas.
· Implement sales programs and activities through product launching, market surveys and research.
· Maintain and carry out data collection and analysis of reports in order to support management's decision-making.
· Ensure the proper and timely recording and matching of payments and account reconciliation and collection.
Job Qualifications:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business/Economics/Marketing Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
· At least 5-year experience in Modern Trade Account Management.
· At least 2-year experience as ASM/RSM/ District BDM/ Group CDM or equivalent experience from a principal FMCG, Retail or Home Appliance industry.
· Experience with handling Imperial account is an advantage
· Have strong people management skills and have handled direct reports and/or his or her own team
· With strong verbal and written communication skills in English, data-based analysis and strategic thinking, negotiation and presentation skills and decision-making skills and highly efficient staff leadership skills
