JOB SUMMARY:Assumes the responsibility for the sales of high grade pre-painted roofing materials, wall claddings, frames and floor decking. to Architects and Contractors. Gathers market data determines in-depth market needs and serves clients with utmost customer satisfaction.SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:A. Regular Duties and ResponsibilitiesDaily:• Identifies and develops market potentials and widen market.• Monitors daily cash collection and accounts receivables to ensure timely collections.Weekly:• Monitors sales quotation, sales contract, sales intake and dispatch against budget to assure achievement of quota.• Monitors stock availability.Monthly:• Reviews intake / dispatch versus quota per monthly basis.• Assesses market potential in terms of nos. of customer and market share.REQUIREMENTS:• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Architecture, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.• At least 2 year(s) Experienced Employee specializing in Sales – Distribution Projects and Network• Must have an established contact/clients in the VisMin area.• Full-Time position(s) available.
