2 PRIMARY FUNCTION

Provide support to the HR Team duties, acts as liaison staff to government agencies.

3 SCOPE OF DUTIES

Compensation and Benefits (e-gov, liaison)Provide support to the Human Resources in duties including clerical, administrative support and records management in line with the HR policies and procedures.Employee Discipline / Employee Engagement- drafting and issuance of noticesAssist in Training and developmentAttend to daily employee concerns and issuesReport submission and monthly updatesMaintains HR records i.e. 201 file and othersother tasks that may be assigned by the HRD Head

4 JOB SPECIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management and similar fieldat lease 5 years of corporate work experienceWith relevant working experience in Human ResourcesHigh level of responsibility and integrity.Demonstrated ability to work in teams.Can work under pressure.Ability to multi-tasks in a high pace environment
