HR Business Partner / HR Generalist

Someone who focuses on EMPLOYEE & LABOR RELATIONS.

Facilitate administrative investigations on the violation/s committed by the employees and recommends appropriate disciplinary action (Notice to Explain (NTE), Administrative Hearing, Notice of Resolution). Familiar with labor laws, handling administrative cases, documentation and monitoring of all administrative disciplinary cases and employee relations concerns, documentation and revision of personnel policies and procedures. Write policies, process flows, and procedures according to business requirements; work regularly with various stakeholders to communicate the development and implementation of these policies and programs. Process Separation Notices of employees and other separation related compliance to DOLE

Required Skills:

Labor and employee relations, end-to-end case management, handling all HR facets BPO/Shared services experience preferred but not required

Incumbents will be expected to master the following knowledge, skills, and abilitiesGeneralist background in Human ResourcesFederal and state agencies involved in resolving employee relations issuesPrinciples and practices of customer serviceReport preparation methodsCorporate and departmental policies and proceduresFederal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations relating to employee relations issuesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsManage multiple, concurrent tasksEstablish and maintain cooperative working relationshipsAnalyze problems, identify alternative solutionsOrganize and maintain appropriate files and recordsInvestigate and track Worker’s Compensation claims (if assigned)
