JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for implementing HRM policies and procedures in assigned projects.

DETAILED JOB DEscriptION:

Approves application on Leave of absence under its department.Provides information to employees and managers on timekeeping matters.Summarizes and reports employee’s attendance and overtime for timekeeping and payroll purposes.Conducts counseling on concerned employees, provide feedback and reports to the HR immediate head.Process owner of HRD establish procedures manual on Hiring, Training, Performance evaluation & Employee separation accordingly.Monitors over all compliance to the policies and procedures to ensure consistent and effective implementation of the HR Department.Conducts meetings with employees as needed.Orientation, information dissemination in terms of company’s new policies, memorandum, amendments, instructions, and the like. Issues memo and conduct disciplinary actions on employees in compliance to Company Policies and Procedures.Ensures that all employees 201 Files, Masterfiles and Plantilla are maintains, complete, dependable & updated.In charge of the organized and proper filing of all HR related documents thru computer generated and printed version for future reference.Ensures that compensation and benefits are implemented and properly reported accordance to the company policy and government mandated benefits.Renders liaison work with government agencies in line with personnel services to SSS, Pag-ibig and PhilHealth benefits.Performs tasks relevant to recruitment, compensation and benefits administration.Coordinates with the HR Manager in determining objectives and targets of the department in relation to the Project Site.Performs another related task as may be required by the immediate head and/or by the management.

QUALIFICATIONS      

Bachelor’s/College degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or equivalentAt least with 1 -3 years of experience in a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Good command of the English Language and dialectGood at analyzing information and has excellent data entry skillsGeneral Math and Reporting SkillsGood interpersonal relation skillsHigh attention to detailsAbility to work with high confidential informationPhysically and mentally fitWith good moral characterCan work with less supervisionFlexible and willing to work overtime when neededMust be willing to be assigned in San Marcelino ZambalesCan start ASAPOne (1) Project-based position available
