WE ARE LOOKING FOR .. 

The RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT is primarily responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, interviewing, and the onboarding process of the new hires.  

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Sourcing and screening of candidates via linkedIn and other sourcing platformsSchedule interviews with the Line Managers. This will mean coordinating schedules between the candidates and the AIA PH Interviewers.Assist in setting up recruitment events and other recruitment related activities

·       Collection and monitoring of pre-onboarding requirements

REQUIREMENTS: 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management, or other related coursesAt least 2 years’ work experience especially performing the following activities in Recruitment: sourcing; conduct of interviews; interview coordination with candidates and Hiring Managers; pre-employment coordination with candidatesKeen on details; organized in carrying out work.Passionate about recruitment; proactive; diligent and can work smart.Willing to extend longer work hours when required given the volume of requirements that AIA PH needs to close out this year.Proficient in using MS Office Applications
