Main Responsibilities
Financial Modeling and ResearchPrepare and present to the Chief of Staff/Business Intelligence Head business casing, financial modeling, and research for new projects and emerging products of various business units and/or subsidiariesProvide internal advisory and analysis/research support to line organizationsControl and MeasureMonitor key enterprise and project KPIs to assess and ensure value realization aligned to Mineski Global’s corporate and business strategiesWork with the other members of the Business Intelligence Team to make sure that such KPIs are uploaded into the EPICENTER on a regular basisOperationsImprove current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity (i.e. EMS, CRM with QM and Legal)Maintain the rhythm and cadence of various business meetings by setting up the agenda, preparing meeting materials, and following through with MoMs and action items (thru EA), e.g. Bi-weekly Regional Team and expanded TEG ManCom, weekly TEG ManCom, Quarterly Board of Directors’ MeetingsAssist CEO, CFO, CRO, and Chief of Staff/Business Intelligence Head, other line business executives, and heads of subsidiaries in work-related tasks and activities (e.g., Board presentation, special projects)Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superiorQualifications
Business degree (preferably with a mix of engineering degree and experience)MBA degree or equivalent, idealIdeally with at least 5 years of demonstrated experience in corporate or strategic planning, budgeting, management accounting, financial modeling, and feasibility studies Has a good grasp of financial/accounting practice and techniquesHas above-average to advanced knowledge and skills in MS Office suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPointExperience in organizational start-ups, business redesign, investment banking, idealExposure to M&A, idealTeam player, critical-thinker, display highest level of personal and organizational integrity, transparency and accountability, excellent communication skillsGreat leadership skills
