Responsibilities
1.Perform basic HR administration duties, including employee roster, attendance record and leave management, payroll calculation and processing, etc.
2.Handle bookkeeping, monthly & annual closing for overhead; coordinate with external accounting firm.
3.Be responsible for communication of airline-related tax declaration.
4.Plan and execute required payments to ensure business continuity.
5.Serve as point of contact with HQ colleagues regarding HR, finance and general affairs as well as with external vendors and authorities.
6.Complete other tasks as per manager’s request.
Qualifications
1.Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
2.Basic understanding of Philippine labor laws.
3.Possess the legal right to work in Philippines.
Preferred
1.Has a professional and can-do attitude, has good organizational skills and is able to work independently.
2.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree and above in finance, HR or business administration.
Language Requirements
1. Excellent command of spoken and written English.
2. Desired proficiency of spoken and written Mandarin.
