The role will be mainly responsible for developing the strategy, implementation management, and support growth of Protection Segment Category via online and offline distribution channels by working with and influencing different business units including Marketing, Distribution & Operations. This role who will be directly reporting the Senior Manager for Protection Category will also be the subject matter expert for digital protection and health products.
Develop new propositions specific to protection products offered digitally and face to face for the young mass and young affluent markets, review and promote existing ones, and work with related stakeholders in the development of simple and seamless product experience.Formulate and implement marketing programs for the assigned segment category that will deliver target revenue and growth of new customer base.Maximize internal and external resources to deliver compelling marketing programs which includes online and offline collaterals, advertising and PRWork with various groups (advertising agencies, PR agency, outsourced vendors, etc.) and marketing colleagues to execute marketing plans.Liaise with various key stakeholders which includes RP Digital Shared Services, Products Team, Distribution Leadership Team, Operations, T&T, and CSE among others on the implementation of marketing campaigns and delivery of any proposition enhancements or launch of new product/s per his/her assigned segment category.Strategy & Segment Category Management
·Set and revise/revisit, together with stakeholders, the overall business strategy for growing and sustaining protection products offered to young mass and young affluent markets online and offline Ensure translation of category strategies into brand, product and customer acquisition initiatives to responsible business unitsDrive category awareness by creating communications strategy across target customer segments by working with Brand & Communications team including, oversight of all related communications for customers and relevant stakeholdersFormulate and implement marketing programs for his/her assigned segment category that will deliver revenue and attract new customersPropositions Development
• Conceptualize relevant customer propositions
Initiate and oversee research of customer preferences, competitor offerings and AXA’s position and performance on assigned online/offline distributed protection productsIdentify and address gaps in customer needs and work on the enhancement of existing propositions or development of new product solutions• Develop marketing plan for launch, coordinate execution with marketing and related route to market channel/s
• Work with product development and pricing team by providing direction on customer and distributor key considerations
• Manage and lead customer acquisition touchpoints and develop optimal lead nurturing to fulfillment process
Digital Protection and Health Product SME
Serves Single Point of Contact (SPOC) or Level 1 consultant for digital protection and health product campaign for both internal and external workstreamsLiaise with various key stakeholders which includes RP Digital Shared Services, Products Team, Distribution Leadership Team, Operations, T&T, and CSE among others on the implementation of marketing campaigns and delivery of any proposition enhancements or launch of new product/s per his/her assigned segment category.Work with Digital, Ecommerce, CRM, and Insights Teams for campaign implementation, monitoring, and post campaign report analysisEducational Qualifications & Relevant Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or other related business course
• Insurance Risk Management/ Product Management Qualifications will be an advantage
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience specializing in marketing, online and offline campaigns, brand management, customer segment development or related
• Insurance exposure/ experience an advantage
• Experience on digital customer journey design and mapping, development and oversight of digital User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) is an advantage
• Preferred from financial/insurance industry (example, Manulife, Sunlife, Philam life marketing), with understanding of life and health insurance products in the market
• Other options: brand managers/marketing managers from Telco, FMCG, other industries
• Proven experience in business development and strategic marketing an advantage
At least above average project management skill demonstrating ability to handle projects in coordination with cross-functional teams
