Process loan applications supplied by Mortgage BrokerRenaming client files and documentsServiceability and document verificationOrder valuations and pricing for new and existing clientsWork closely with Managing Director on the preparation of loan applicationsManage the loan application from preparation, lodgement, loan approval and through to settlementOccasionally liaise with bank assessors, BDMs legal professionals and clientsThe Candidate:
Must have a minimum of 2 years loan processing experience (as a bank loan credit assessor or loan processor for a mortgage broker) in the AU marketMust have experience with using serviceability calculatorsMust possess strong attention to detail and is highly organised. Ability to manage a high-volume workload and work well in a high-pressure busy environment An understanding of lending practices, loan structures and familiar with lenders and processesAbility to think proactively and problem solveAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamStrong communication skills (written & verbal)Applications closing date Wednesday 12th October 2022.
