Salary Package: Php 18,000 + Allowance + HMO on Day 1

Must be a Bachelors Degree holder.With at least 2 years of HR Admin experience.Good English communication and comprehension skills (spoken and written).Knowledgeable with MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).

Duties and Responsibilities:

HR Admin Services

Admin support for all HRBPsLabor Relations Cases file managementAll PR/PO transactions and payments for HR TeamHR Calendar of activities updating and monitoringHR Contracts Monitoring (Vendor)Organizational chart maintenanceAll expatriate related admin matters (if any)Teambuilding/ Team Intervention admin supportHR Kamustahan/ Kapihan with Dr. Beaver admin supportOutplacement program requirements (as needed)
