Staff role in Quality Enablement teamPrepares reports and analysis necessary in quality enablementMonitoring and Tracking of progress of activitiesReaching out/following up audit seniors/managers via chat, call or emails on progress of activities as instructed by QEL senior/managerScheduling Quality sessions/sending calendar invites on meetingsTaking Minutes of meeting/discussions heldOverall support to QEL senior and manager, including analysis, review and supervisionPresentation to leaders/managers skill/experienceExpectations/Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.Preferably 3-5 years Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.CPA/ non-CPA are welcome to applyHas sufficient/good working experience on MS Office particularly Excel (pivot, graph/charts, table analysis)and Power point presentationGood communication skills (coordination to people)Flagging exceptions in the report to SeniorsAsking questions/clarifications if instructions not clearWith initiative, responsible and committed to stay for at least a year with the teamBonus factor: Pleasing personality and a team player
