Business Analyst (Finance)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data in areas such as budgeting, financial planning and forecasting, and cash flow projectionsPrepares and analyzes financial models with recommendationsPrepares various expense analysis and report on variances against plan, forecast, and last year’s expensesProducing monthly reporting on cost base and business recoveriesResponsible for identifying the organization’s strengths and weaknesses and recommend solutions in areas where they can improveSupporting different teams in development of annual operating budgets, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and reporting monthly financial results with analyses of variancesActs as facilitator within the organization to make internal departments more efficientPrepares reports including recommendations, based on the data, on projects and initiatives that have financial impact in the company (including CAPEX/OPEX) for submission to managementValidate purchase requisitions to ensure compliance with budget and forecast guidelinesAct in an ethical manner and follow the principles of the Ethics Charter and Ethics in Practice Guidelines of the GroupInternal and external interfaces management team, Project Managers, colleagues and peers from the support function, suppliers, and clients

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Business/Economics or other related coursesAt least 5 years focus on business controlling (e.g., financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting)Previous experience working within the consulting or construction industry (desirable)Experience with finance operations in a multinational company or shared services setting is an advantageSolid experience in analyzing financial data and building financial modelsStrong command of analytics, modeling, and simulation skillsHighly analytical, detail-oriented, dynamic, and have strong communication and presentations skillsProficient use of Microsoft Office with particularly strong competence on MS Excel
