Job Description

Job Content:
1. Responsible for the data analysis and data analysis report collation;
2. The daily, weekly, monthly, and annual data analysis reports, charts, reports, etc., and regularly produce and send to relevant departments;
3. According to business needs, complete relevant business analysis, provide data support for operational decision-making, event planning, bonus distribution, etc.; provide data support to relevant headquarters and sites (clients).
4. Detail in business knowledge and EXCEL knowledge are required to conduct various data analysis and comprehensive data processing, and process it into useful information to provide management team for decision-making;
5. Responsible for the collection, transmission (mainly reporting) and management of this data, data follow-up, detailed "data transmission records", timely supervision of customer demand for data, daily, week and month operations will be performed separately Data is reported once; responsible for sorting, summarizing, and analyzing and processing all kinds of data, reporting information and data to leaders and relevant departments in a timely manner, and making relevant records; ensuring safe management of data handled, and timely backup of various data and reports , Do a good job in filing and storage, and do a good job in data confidentiality.
Work Process:

Requirement
1. Bachelor degree or above in statistics, mathematics, information technology related with work experience in data process;
2. Ability to big data, data analysis, SQL and other related data extraction tools are preferred;
3. Good data sensitivity, able to extract core results from massive data; good experience in data analysis, mining, filtering and modeling;
4. Proficiency in writing data analysis reports independently, and timely discovering and analyzing hidden changes and problems.
5. Have good stress resistance, communication skills and team spirit, and be able to collaborate on cross-departmental projects
