We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Campaign Analytics Manager

To make recommendations on strategic and tactical activities best to serve our customer’s needs & wants at the right time & touchpoint, based on portfolio performance/distribution, interest rate movements, market conditions, competitor activities and other relevant factors. Will also develop analytical models to assess the impact of changes to campaigns, pricing, product features, and value propositions on marketing programs.

In this role, you will:

·       Leads generation, product offer and channel optimization customer centric activitiesDeliver in-depth analysis of campaign data to provide insight and an understanding in to campaign and marketing performance appropriate strategies in line with market conditions and AOPProviding detailed reports on how multi-channel campaigns have performed, making recommendations to optimize contact strategy and customer touch pointsWorking closely with sales team to provide insight in to customer conversionDrive the enhancement of RBWM business intelligence capability by establishing data source integrity and improving data quality.Communicate effectively with key stakeholders from across the business and external clients

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Must be experienced with any data and analytics programming language such as but not limited to SAS, SQL, R, PythonExperienced with data visualization techniques that convey various kinds of business performance in tools such as Tableau, Qlik or similar visualization toolStrong project and change management and communications skills.Able to operate effectively in a complex matrix driven environment, result focused and commercially drivenAble to influence, engage and lead in a positive, inspiring manner
