Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities: Ensures timely checking of shipping documents for import and export and confirms accuracy or detects errors to clients or agents on the assigned account.Coordinates with the team as to truck booking, scheduling of BOC clearances.Facilitates on time payment to shipping lines, airlines, carriers for freight forwarding charges.Prepares necessary documents needed in the application of various tax and duty incentives pertaining to the assigned account or project and eventually, Liaises with customs brokers, BOC, DOF,BOI for updated reporting procedures and valuations.Handles domestic sea and airfreight bookings with airline and shipping linesEnsures all problematic shipment is well coordinated and escalatedLiaises and coordinates with international and local a gents for freight forwarding services, in terms of shipment booking, shipping schedule and documentations.Timely monitoring of shipments movements thru tracking system and advises clients on status regularly.Proper and on time filing of CSA and Liquidation and PV request necessary in the immédiate releasing of cargo from CustomsEnsuring that all internal procedures of the company are being complied with.Must be up-to-date on regulatory changes and adapt appropriately.
