Responsibilities:
Compile and enter data from source documents into the computer database, files, and formsEnsure accuracy of completed works at all timesComply with data integrity and security policiesProvide customers with product and service information with the highest quality standardResearch any required information using available resourcesPerform other related/ad hoc tasks that may be assigned by the client or Team LeaderAdhere to Management strategies in assisting with Data Entry-related tasks as delegated in urgentsituationsRequirements:
Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Logistics/Transportation, or equivalentFresh passers are welcome to applyWith import/export shipment data entry experienceWith keen attention to details and accurate keyboard skills of at least 40 WPMKnowledgeable in EDI Cargo Wise is an advantage but not requiredKnowledgeable in MS Office and has high computer literacyMust be a team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated, with a positive attitude and strong work ethicsExcellent English language communication skills - both verbal and writtenFlexibility to accept and take on additional tasks when requiredMust be willing to work in Ortigas or Cubao officeVIRTUAL RECRUITMENT PROCESS: Initial Interview (Phone/Skype) - online Assessment - Operations Interview (Skype/Zoom)
