Client Engagement Officer

The Role

As a Client Engagement Officer, you are responsible to engage Business Banking clients through voice and digital channels to drive product sales, deliver portfolio actions or comply with internal requirements.

How you'll contribute

Drive Sales – Proactive outbound calling to existing customers to introduce and promote full Business Banking product and service suite. Depending on the product, sales may be directly closed by the job holder or referred to the on-location sales team to closeCustomer Engagement – Ensure periodic contact with Business Banking clients to build relationships, verify contact details, gather market intelligence and create sales opportunities. Perform welcome calls or new product confirmation calls.Market Intelligence – Gather market trends or client insights (e.g. wallet sizing) in the course of conducting outbound calls. This will aid in needs or risk identification.Service Excellence – In the event customer engagement led to the identification of a service issue, raise the relevant incident ticket for a resolution, and where possible, monitor till closure.As part of Business Banking’s regular campaign, initiate service calls to reactivate existing or win-back past clientsResponsible for generating sales from digital and voice channels.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor's Degree in any related course.With 1-4 years experience in Field Sales, Telesales, Banking OperationsPreferably with experience in Consumer Finance ( Auto, Cards, Mortgage, and Small Business Loans)Working knowledge of banking and financial products, especially loans, is an advantage
