The Legal Counsel for Litigation provides effective dispute resolution for the company and to prevent disputes and litigation through timely legal advisories, corporate advisories and reviews, educational trainings, legal assistance in meetings in and outside of the conglomerate.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preventive litigation matter handling and crisis management:
Provide legal advisoriesConduct interview and proper coordination with internal clientsCoordinate/meet with clients, counterparts and government agenciesWork with Legal Heads and top management on negotiation strategiesAct as spokesperson for the company during crisis managementConduct briefings or trainings related to dispute prevention/resolutionLitigation case handling:
Draft pleadings and other legal documents Attend hearings and conferencesCoordinate/meet with internal clients and counterparts Provide advice to the clientLegal Administration:
Assist Litigation Head in administrative/office work and matters Supervise and coach paralegalsDisseminate tasks to subordinatesCraft memos for the administrative requirements of LegalCoordinate with other departments for the administrative needs of LegalCandidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Law or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
