What we are looking for:
We currently have several openings to join our collections/ payments team in our Ortigas office. We’re looking for high performing Collections & Payments Officers that have a background in customer service. These roles cover inbound and outbound calls, emails and text messages to service our Australian customers. This position is a day shift role and weekend work will be required every fortnight.
Responsibilities for these positions include:
Managing inbound and outbound callsResolving customer enquiries and issues around collections and paymentsUpdating our systems and databaseMaintaining an up-to-date knowledge of existing productsUpdating the knowledge base with newly identified solutionsTo be successful in this role you must have the following:
Experience working in a call center environment or similarExcellent communication skills/ phone manner and ability to interact with external customers and internal partnersPrevious experience in financial services would be highly regardedBeing proactive with high levels of energy and integrityGood negotiation skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapportHighly developed organisational skills and attention to detailWe value:
