Experienced Fraud Specialists (14289)

An Experienced Fraud Specialist will play a meaningful role in the prevention and investigation of fraudulent activity. A Fraud Specialist will handle shopper inbound inquiries related to possible victims of fraud, loan declinations, and inquiries related to a loan process. A Fraud Specialist will also be responsible for backline work related to investigating fraudulent or suspected fraudulent activity. 

This is a high caliber of agent who is able to work multiple functions independently and solve fraud scenarios and cases using data and solid judgment. 

What you will do?

Assist customers with declined loans and gathering details to aid in next steps and quick resolution of customers inquiry Taking ownership, researching and resolving inquiries in a professional mannerAble to use softskills when talking with prospective customers or customers whose accounts have been compromised by fraudulent activity Must have attention to detail and be exceptional with quality resultsMeet productivity metrics Able to review more complex inquiries Perform account level research and form a conclusion based on data collected Able to digest multiple pieces of information at one time to make an informed decision Be comfortable with working in multiple systems and tools, both proprietary and third party tooling Be responsible and trustworthy Independently solve complex fraud scenarios and cases using data and solid judgmentTaking accurate and appropriate follow up actions Because of the nature of information being handled, agent must not utilize any system or tool outside of job responsibility Able to digest information quickly and perform assigned tasks efficiently Communicate clearly with internal and external customers 

about you: 

You must be a College Graduate, preferably related to Banking/FinanceYou must have 1-2 years of fraud or related experience in a banking and/or financial institution Must be able to pass certification post completion of training You enjoy talking to people on the phoneYou are empathetic, a good listener, and want to help othersHave a desire to grow and drive your career forward
